Rare figurine by sculptor Holger Christensen (1890-1965) for Just Andersen, Denmark. Holger Christensen graduated from the arts and crafts school in Copenhagen in 1917. He was employed for many years at Royal Copenhagen, while he made sculptures and figurines a lot of other Danish studios.
The figure is made of disco metal and has the number D 2579. On the back of the plinth is written "Dryaden 1`AKT".
