Helge Østerberg
Helge Ejner Willemoes Østerberg ( 1905-1982) was a self-taught Danish ceramicist
In 1943 he established a studio 1943 in Virum, Denmark. He quickly became a recognized ceramicist with several exhibitions at Charlottenborg and the Arts and Crafts' Spring Exhibition. For a number of years he was represented at ‘Den Permanente’ and at the Danish House in Paris. His production was versatile and ranged from approved small tourist souvenirs to larger sculptures, bowls, vases, lamps. Not least, His works have been exhibited abroad and have been sold in most of the world.
